lidocaine 1.5 group:Intravenous lidocaine 1.5mg/kg
observation group:5ml 0.9% sodium chloride was given intravenously

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 135 patients, aged 18-80 years, were examined by bronchoscopy under elective general anesthesia (ASA grade I-III).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) BMI =30kg/m2 (2) Reluctance to participate in research (3) Serious heart disease: such as heart dysfunction grade III-IV, unstable heartache, electrocardiogram: AS-S syndrome, pre-excitation syndrome, severe heart block (including sinus, atrioventricular and ventricular block) (4) Liver or mental illness (5) Myasthenia gravis (6) Pregnancy or lactation (7) Allergic to lidocaine, remazolam, remifentanil, and cisatracurium.
