TCM-based intervention:Health Talk, Workshops (Baduanjin, Acupressure, Mindful Stretching), Online Supportive Self-practice
Wait-list control group:The same intervention components as the experimental group will be provided after completion of all assessments.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The present study will work with adults who have a full-time and office-based job. People who fulfil the following inclusion criteria will be approached and recruited: (1) Aged 18 or above (2) Employed with a full-time and office-based job (3) Native Chinese speaker (Cantonese or Mandarin) (4) Be able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Potential participants with any of the following conditions would be excluded: (1) Have severe or chronic illness and not suitable for physical exercise (2) Be oversensitive to tactile stimulation (3) Have regular practice of qigong, acupressure, or mindfulness-based activities during the 4 weeks prior to recruitment
