Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged between 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the dialectical criteria of traditional Chinese medicine with normal serum FT3, FT4 and TSH; (3) those who voluntarily participated in the study, actively cooperated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with thyroid tumors; (2) thyroid surgery or 131I therapy; (3) recent use of antithyroid drugs or thyroid hormone supplementation, or use of immunomodulatory drugs such as selenium preparations or glucocorticoids within 6 months; (4) patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematological diseases or serious mental or psychological diseases; (5) women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant or lactating;
