18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old. (2) Patients diagnosed with gallbladder cancer in the Department of General Surgery, Sir Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from October 2022 to September 2023. (3) Postoperative pathological diagnosis of gallbladder cancer, with negative margins and positive lymph nodes. (4) Postoperative treatment with capecitabine combined with putelimab. (5) No other malignant tumors. (6) Postoperative follow-up time= 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with incomplete clinical data. (2) Patients who have received prior systemic therapy with PD1 antibody, PDL1 antibody or CTLA4 antibody, TKI inhibitor, and chemotherapy. (3) Vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc. (4) Patients with positive margins. (5) Patients undergoing palliative surgery.
