intervention group 1:After a 5min warm-up, subjects perform core stability exercises for 30min in the stable plane
intervention group 2:After a 5min warm-up, sbjects perform core stability exercises for 30min in the unstable plane
control group: After a 5min warm-up, subjects seat for 30min

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy adults aged 18 years and above, right-handed; (2) no persistent or intermittent pain in the past three months; (3) no regular habit of smoking, drinking or taking drugs; (4) women during non-menstrual period and pregnancy; (5) healthy body, normal cognitive ability, and able to successfully complete the experimental content; (6) no recent events causing strong emotional fluctuations; (7) Voluntary participation and signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) current use of narcotic drugs or herbal products; (2) participated in other similar experiments in the past week; (3) presence of any cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease; (4) History of neurological diseases such as spinal cord injury and brain system diseases; (5) any musculoskeletal disease affecting the normal performance of the test; (6) There were other acute symptoms on the day of the experiment, such as cold, fever, and other serious body pain.
