Conditions

laparoscopic or abdominal gynecological surgery

Interventions

Propofol group (Group P):Propofol 2–3 mg/kg. At the beginning of anesthesia induction, both groups received continuous pump infusion of remifentanil 0.15ug/(kg·min), dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg·h, and in
Remimazolam group (group R):Remimazolam 0.2–0.3 mg/k. At the beginning of anesthesia induction, both groups received continuous pump infusion of remifentanil 0.15ug/(kg·min), exmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg·
