Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; According to the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC) on coronary heart disease, Valvular disease management guidelines and standards, diagnosed as heart valvular disease, coronary heart disease, and have heart valve replacement, coronary artery bypass and great vessel replacement, plan to perform heart valve replacement, coronary artery bypass and great vessel replacement, and make a clear diagnosis after surgery; (3) Postoperative hemodynamic stability, no angina pectoris attack, no acute myocarditis or pericarditis, no peripheral vascular thrombosis or embolism, no cerebrovascular accidents, no new ECG ischemic changes; ? No active hemoptysis, no undrained pneumothorax, no hypoxemia, and no other diseases that can affect the effort of ACBT or OPEP breathing training. ? Have basic language communication skills, and The Barthelindex of ADL score of the patient before surgery is not less than 60 points. ? Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Mental, cognitive, and consciousness disorders; ? Activity disorder or self-care ability deficiency; ? severe respiratory and digestive diseases; ? Complicated with chest trauma or tumor. ? Patients with severe heart failure, whose hemodynamics are in an extremely unstable state; ? Patients who participated in other trials or refused to participate in this trial.
