Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for case group ? Comply with the GOLD 2023 global prevention and treatment initiative diagnosis and acute exacerbation criteria; ? Can cooperate to complete the ultrasound examination of diaphragm; After the investigator's explanation, the patient can understand and complete the CAT, mMRC, and related questionnaire survey independently; ? No neuromuscular disease or thoracic deformity; ? Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the control group ? Age: over 40 years old; ? Severe heart disease, diaphragmatic disease, etc.; ? No family history of respiratory disease; ? No history of exposure to dust or special chemical substances; ? No cognitive impairment and normal mental state;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Low-weight (BMI 30kg/m²) ? Combined with serious life-threatening diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung cancer, airway obstruction, etc.; ? Patients with pneumothorax, atelectasis, interstitial disease, history of lung surgery, or recent surgery; ? Hydrothorax and peritoneal effusion, recent history of thoracic and abdominal surgery, thoracic deformity ? Mental disorders, unable to cooperate with the operator;
