30 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; (2) The age of onset is between 30 and 75 years old; (3) first-ever clinical CIS occurred = 2 weeks and = 6 months previously; (4) limb function in NDS score = 10; (5) stable vital sign and consciousness; (6) without cognitive impairment; and (7) voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)not corresponding to the diagnostic standards of CIS;(2)upper limb dysfunction caused by trauma, or other diseases;(3)any rTMS contraindications(e.g., metal or electronic devices implants in the brain, such as cochlear implant, electronic pulse generator,or medical pump;(4)Combined with other nervous system diseases,such as peripheral neuropathy, DPN, motor neurone disease, neuromuscular junction disease, myopathy, etc;(5)severe primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system,and endocrine system or with a severe psychiatric disorders;(6)pregnant or lactating women.
