Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? birth weight 1000~1499g; ? admission to the NICU within 24h after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Gastrointestinal malformations (tracheoesophageal fistula, megacolon, intestinal atresia and stenosis, anal and rectal malformations, diaphragmatic hernia, etc.); ? Asphyxia (1-minute or 5-minute Apgar score = 7); ? Severe infections; ?Suspected or diagnosed inherited chromosomal or metabolic disorders; ?Suffering from complex congenital heart disease.
