Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?In accordance with the current diagnostic criteria for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy with Richardson's Syndrome (PSP-RS) and highly probable PSP-RS established by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) in 2017. ?Aged between 40 and 75 years. ?Have exhibited clinical symptoms of PSP-RS for a minimum of 5 years. ?Capable of walking independently for at least 5 steps. ?Willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent. ? Within 60 days prior to the start of the study, patients should maintain a stable dose of medication for symptomatic treatment of PSP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Atypical Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. ? PSP-RS patients unable to walk independently for 5 steps. ?Severe cognitive impairment hindering participation in the study. ?Accompanied by other neuropsychiatric diseases (such as schizophrenia, severe depression, bipolar disorder, etc.) or serious systemic diseases (such as acute coronary heart disease, acute heart failure, respiratory failure, severe liver and kidney function impairment, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, poor control of rheumatic immune diseases, etc.); ?Presence of internal metal implants or pacemakers, preventing cranial magnetic resonance imaging or iTBS intervention; ?Occurrence of general health instability, unstable vital signs, or uncontrollable epileptic seizures within the week prior to the study initiation. ?Pregnancy, planning for pregnancy, or breastfeeding in women. ?Unwilling to cooperate with evaluation and research.
