Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are not less than 45 years old; 2. Currently participating in the square dance movement at least once per week; 3. Permanent residents of the investigated regions; 4. Have not participated in any clinical trials or other intervention plans in the past 3 months or in the future. 5.Physical examinations regarding to the project can be accepted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Be deaf, mute or diagnosed with severely mental illness ; 2.Fail to complete the survey even under assistance from research workers. 3.Refuse to involve in the study.
