18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery under sciatic nerve combined with femoral nerve block anesthesia, regardless of gender, aged 18-64 years, ASA grade I or II, with no skin damage, redness, swelling, nodules, etc. in the monitoring area, and normal body temperature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women, obese (BMI = 28 kg/m2), unable to complete pain and cold related scores, arteriovenous fistula, peripheral vascular disease, stroke, taking medication a or ß Receptor blockers, St02 electrodes should not be placed in the affected area.
