18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 years with simple obesity. Simple obesity diagnosis criteria: meet one of the following conditions (1) BMI=25 kg/m2 (2) Waist circumference for male/female =90/80 cm (3) Waist-to-hip ratio: 0.9 (male); 0.85 (female) (4) Obesity >20%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Subjects clearly have secondary obesity, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing syndrome, Cushing disease, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, etc. b. Take steroid hormones and immunological agents or antipsychotic drugs for one month. c. Pregnancy or lactation d. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 3 months. e. Malignant tumors
