Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) primiparous women with complete data and vaginal delivery (2) The vital signs are stable within 2 hours after delivery, and there is no postpartum abnormality such as massive bleeding; (3) Aged 23-40 years old; (4) Full-term singleton pregnancy; 18.5=BMI=23.9 (5) The newborn's birth weight is 2.5-4.0 kg; (6) The first day after delivery - 42 days after delivery (7) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of PFD or other neuromuscular diseases before or during pregnancy (2) Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus or serious primary diseases of heart, liver, kidney, cerebrovascular and other systems (3) Those with a history of chronic cough and pelvic surgery (4) Have a history of severe skin allergies (5) Multiple pregnancy; (6) Abnormal fetal position, cephalopelvic disproportion, placental abruption, etc. or episiotomy during delivery; (7) Third-degree and above perineal lacerations occurred during childbirth;
