Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with laryngopharyngeal surgery under general anesthesia or tracheotomy under local anesthesia ; ( 2 ) Age = 18 years ; ( 3 ) ASA I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Cancellation of surgery before anesthesia ; ( 2 ) Patients refused.
