Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the indications for heart transplantation and are planning to undergo heart transplantation; (2) The doctor assesses that the patient is conscious and able to communicate; (3) Adults over 18 years old; (4) The patient and the family have fully informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study and can cooperate with the assessment; (5) I have not participated in relevant intervention studies in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The condition is critical and intervention cannot or is not appropriate; (2) Patients in the waiting period for a second heart transplant; (3) Original mental illness; (4) Mental trauma in the past 3 months.
