Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pain in the affected knee, palpable mass, posterior distension and discomfort, positive local pressure pain; (2) preoperative diagnosis of cyst and combined intra-articular pathology including meniscal injury, osteoarthritis, free body formation, etc. confirmed by MRI and local ultrasound; (3) conservative treatment for more than 6 months and ineffective. (4) The patient has no obvious contraindications to surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe degenerative knee changes with joint deformity; (2) combined rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, and infectious arthritis; (3) history of deep vein thrombosis; (4) recurrence of popliteal cysts after surgery.
