Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Current smoker; ? Cumulative smoking number > 100; ? Non-tobacco dependent smokers: Criteria: Have experienced or displayed two or fewer of the following six items in the past year: a strong desire to smoke; Difficulty controlling smoking behavior; When you stop smoking or reduce the amount of smoking, withdrawal symptoms appear; The appearance of tobacco tolerance, that is, the need to increase the amount of smoking in order to obtain the smoking experience that can be obtained by smoking less cigarettes in the past; Giving up or reducing other activities and preferences in order to smoke; Insist on smoking in spite of the dangers of smoking; ? No smoking cessation plan in the next 12 months; ? Willing to participate in this study and confirm informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with oral and maxillofacial related diseases can not meet the requirements for throat swab detection; ? People with respiratory infectious diseases (including but not limited to COVID-19 infection, open tuberculosis, etc.) ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Have participated in other smoking cessation intervention studies within 30 days; ? In other states that the researcher judged could not meet the requirements of the study.
