40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 40 and 75 years old; 2) iRBD diagnosised by vPSG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other disorders causing RBD, such as neurodegenerative diseases, encephalitis, narcolepsy, etc; 2. History of other neurological disorders (such as stroke, demyelinating diseases, traumatic brain injury, etc) ; 3. History of psychiatric disorders, such as major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia (according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria) ; 4. History of alcohol or substance abuse/addiction within the past two years (according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria) ; 5. Participants currently experiencing acute or unstable mental or physical conditions that would significantly impede their participation in the study.
