Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; (2)Age range from 25 to 60 years old; (3)Voluntarily participating in this study and accepting follow-up, and signing an informed consent form; (4) Not participating in other clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined severe cardio-cerebral, hepatic, pulmonary and renal dysfunction; (2) Abnormalities in blood clotting function; (3) Skin lesions or infections at the treatment site; (4) Allergy to drugs applied during nerve block or intolerance to massage manipulation; (5) Patients with severe bony spinal stenosis, spinal cord lesions and other types of cervical spondylosis; (6)Patients who have had open cervical spine surgery or with mental disorder or drug abuse; (7)Those who refused to participate in the study, or withdrew voluntarily in the middle of the study, or lost their visits.
