Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ICU inpatients 2.Age = 18 years, men and women are not limited 3.Non-sepsis patients with acute infection or confirmed sepsis patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Maternity (2) Patients with abnormal mental status (3) Presence of chronic underlying diseases leading to severe organ failure (4) Patients, their guardians, and authorized clients do not have the ability to be informed.
