Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia. 2. Age range from 18 to 89 years old, regardless of gender. 3. ASA rating I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency; patients with diseases of blood system; drug history including opioid analgesics, NSAIDs, antibiotics,steroid hormone and antidepressant one month before surgery; alcohol abuse history; having mental diseases; patients with endocrine related diseases such as thyroid disease, diabetes, and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis;infection within one month before surgery; having sedative, antiemetic or anti-Itch drugs 24 hours before operation; pregnancy or lactation; those unable to comprehend verbal instruction;the other factors may influence the trial.
