Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =20 years and eligible for ultra-high-risk coronary artery disease 2. Undergoing PCI 3. Maintenance of dual or triple antiplatelet therapy for at least 12 ± 6 months after PCI without a history of MACE during this period 4. Conversion to antiplatelet monotherapy after 12 ± 6 months of dual antiplatelet therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of allergy to aspirin or clopidogrel 2. History of contraindications to aspirin or clopidogrel 3. History of active pathologic bleeding, such as peptic ulcer, tumor bleeding, or intracranial hemorrhage 4. history of previous major bleeding, BARC =3, resulting in discontinuation of antiplatelet agents within 3 months 5. previous history of bleeding tendency or disease with bleeding tendency 6. non-cardiac comorbidities with a life expectancy of <2 years 7. women who are breastfeeding at baseline
