Pregnancy outcome of adenomyosis

Interventions

Experimental group:LMWH was administered subcutaneously at 0.4ml/ day starting on the day of embryo transfer and continued for 14 days Until the day of the pregnancy test. Luteal support was routinely
Control group:Conventional luteal support (dydrogesterone combined with cinolone) was performed after embryo transfer.

20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with moderate to severe adenomyosis diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound in our hospital, who underwent FET cycles 2. The transplantation regimen was downregulating +HRT 3. Age >=20 but < 38 years old 4. The uterine volume before down-regulation was less than 200cm3, and the uterine volume after down-regulation was less than 100cm3 5. BMI < 30kg/m2 6. Both patients voluntarily signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent or recent participation in a study that may affect the study within three months prior to enrollment 2. History of open or laparoscopic myomectomy or adenomyosis surgery 3. Uterine fibroids (untreated FIGO 0-II and III-IV fibroids >3cm) 4. Untreated endometrial polyps and hydrosalpinx 5. PGT-A, RSA 6. Low molecular weight heparin is contraindicated 7. Other acute and chronic diseases unsuitable for pregnancy
