Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who underwent radial artery puncture for the first time after admission, combined with their symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, and cardiac ultrasound, were identified as heart failure patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Severe ICU cases; ? Shock cases; ? Sudden death cases; ? Cases of operation failure due to patient's refusal to puncture; ? Cases with incomplete data.
