Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2.Neuro-interventional therapy or hybrid technique is required due to cerebrovascular diseases; 3.Allen test is positive or the forearm vascular ultrasound confirms that the radial artery is clear before surgery; 4.The subject are willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2)Severe stenosis or tortuosity of intracranial arteries; 3)Abnormal coagulation function; 4)The subject refuse to sign the informed consent form.
