35 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between 35 and 45 years old; Antimullerian hormone (AMH) level < 1.1 ng/ml; Possessing intact uterus and bilateral ovaries; Participants who demonstrate comprehension of the research protocol and express willingness to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previously diagnosed with endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome and other gynecological endocrine diseases affecting menstruation or ovarian function; Previously diagnosed with endocrine system disease or autoimmune disease affecting ovulation; Complicated with serious heart, brain, blood vessel, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; Previously diagnosed with previous malignant tumors or hematopoietic diseases; Previously undergone hysterectomy, ovariectomy, or other ovaria-related surgery; Previously taken oral contraceptives, sex hormone therapy, or other proprietary Chinese medicines or herbs that may affect ovarian function or menopausal related symptoms within the past 3 months or currently; Previously received radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Previously diagnosed with mental illness; Primary amenorrhea or previous irregular menstrual cycles; Previously diagnosed with congenital abnormal reproductive system development; Unable to cooperate with and accompany visitors; Pregnant or lactating women; Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the physician for study participation;
