Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years old. (2) All the diagnoses were in line with the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0, that is, the score of infection combined with SOFA was =2 points. (3) Patients admitted within 24 hours after admission (4) Patients and their families voluntarily sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of renal insufficiency (2) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or under the age of 18. (3) secondary to other kidney diseases; Or patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency and other related diseases (4) Patients already enrolled in other clinical studies (5) Patients infected with infectious diseases such as hepatitis B virus or HIV virus themselves.
