65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i)Aged =65 years old;(ii)Patients plan to undergo selective off-pump off-cardiopulmonary bypass surgery;(iii)Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i)patients didn't sign the informed consent; (ii)participating in other clinical trails; (iii)impairments in thinking, speaking, hearing or communication; (iv)history of mental illness; (v)emergency operation; (vi)preoperative coagulation disorders or diseases of the blood system; (vii)severe abnormalities of liver and renal function (total bilirubin>102umol/L, glutamic pyruvic transaminase or glutamic oxalacetic transaminase>400u/L or serum creatinine>310umol/L, when a patient has one of the three, he is considered to have severe hepatic/renal insufficiency); (viii)fever with a body temperature above 38°C or systemic infection
