Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dry eye group: (1) Age =18 and =80, gender is not limited. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye. (3) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Healthy control group: (1) Ages =18 and =80, with no restrictions on gender. (2) No dry eye, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, vision fluctuation and other discomfort symptoms. (3) NIBUTf>10 s, Schirmer I test (without anesthesia) >10mm/5min, corneal staining <5 points and no staining of conjunctiva. (4) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dry eye group: (1) long-term contact lens wearers. (2) Patients with a history of ocular trauma and ocular surgery. (3) Patients with blepharitis, blepharitis, entropion, trichiasis, and other eyelid diseases affecting tear film. (4) Patients with dacryadenitis, dacryocystitis, conjunctivitis, conjunctival laxity, keratitis, pterygium, glaucoma, iritis and other anterior segment diseases affecting the tear film. (5) Long-term use of other eye drops or ointments other than artificial tears. (6) Persons with severe mental or intellectual disabilities. Healthy control group: (1) Long-term contact lens wearers. (2) Patients with a history of ocular trauma and ocular surgery. (3) Patients with eyelid diseases and ocular surface diseases. (4) Long-term use of eye drops or ointment. (5) Patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and autoimmune diseases. (6) Patients who take antihypertensive drugs, diuretics, psychotropic drugs, glucocorticoids, and non-steroidal drugs for a long time.
