Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years old; (2) The patient is willing to sign an informed consent form and participate in the study (excluding retrospective studies in Part One); (3) The patient is able to complete the study according to the requirements of the research protocol, including surgery and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Atrial fibrillation caused by reversible causes, such as untreated hyperthyroidism; (2) Severe organic heart disease (such as severe mitral stenosis or regurgitation, severe aortic stenosis or regurgitation, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, etc.); (3) Thrombosis and tumors are present in the atrium; (4) Patient life expectancy is less than 12 months; (5) There are absolute contraindications to using heparin or oral anticoagulation therapy; (6) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
