18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Understand the whole process of the trial, voluntarily accept the randomized grouping, intervention and follow-up, and sign the informed consent form, willing to complete all follow-up visits as required; ? Age 18 years or older, male or female, with legal capacity; ? Hypertensive patients with a positive PA screen (ARR>10) and at least two PA confirmatory tests; ? Intention to operate, undergo AVS examination, and clear typing for bilateral dominant secretory Bilateral dominant secretion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?pregnant or lactating women; ?those with a history of malignant tumors; ?those who are unsuitable for or refuse to undergo AVS; ?those who have combined severe heart disease (including post pacemaker implantation), severe cardiac insufficiency, severe anemia (Hb176 mmol/L), etc.; ? unsatisfactory results of adrenal arteriography; ? severe contrast allergy.
