Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders in the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition); 2. Age 18-74 years old, gender unlimited; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score =14 points; 4. Health Questionnaire (PHQ-15) score =5; 5. Primary school education level and above; 6. Understand the study content and are willing to join the study. Patients or their families should sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental disorders that meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with severe cerebral edema, advanced intracranial hypertension, intracranial suppurative inflammation and intracranial malignant tumor; 3. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, metabolic diseases and other serious physical diseases; 4. Pregnant patients, those with cardiac pacemakers, and those with bleeding tendencies; 5. Any other circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher; 6. Unable to provide informed consent.
