Interventions

Dexmedetomidine group:Firstly, a load dose of 0.6 µg/Kg within 10 minutes , then continuously dextrometomidine 0.5mg/kg/h and propofol 0.5mg/kg, then adjust the infusion rate of propofol to 0.5-3mg/kg
S-ketamine:Firstly, a loading dose of S-ketamine 1mg/Kg within 10 minutes, followed by continuously S-ketamine 0.5mg/Kg/h and propofol 0.5mg/Kg . Then adjust the infusion rate of propofol to 0.5-3mg/
control group:First, the same volume of normal saline as a placebo, then the load dose of propofol 0.5mg/Kg, and then adjust the infusion rate of propofol 0.5-3mg/Kg/h until consciousness disappears.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 and above healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to participate ; 2) Previous history of neurosurgery surgery; 3) Intracranial tumors; 4) Clear history of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 5) Neurological and psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.
