60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years old; ? Patients who have been diagnosed as essential hypertension by a medical practitioner; ?Tilburg fraility scale score =5 points; ?Clear mind, with no communication and understanding obstacles, can communicate normally; ? Volunteers to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The Patients whose physical action is affected by serious musculoskeletal disorders or have physical disabilities; ?The Patients who are bedridden for a long time; the Patients who have cognitive impairment or mental illness; ?Patients with serious organic diseases, who are in critical condition that may change at any time; ?Patients who have acute cardiovascular disease or other acute attacking diseases.
