Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The main manifestations are gradually increasing shoulder pain and limited shoulder joint movement, in which the pain is heavier at night, limited shoulder joint movement, mainly upward lifting, abduction, rotation function is obvious, can appear typical "shoulder" signs; (2) Pain usually appears in the anterolateral shoulder, but can also appear in the scapular region, elbow and hand, but there is no paraesthesia. For example, pain can occur in the front and back of the shoulder, with the most obvious tenderness under the acromion, and the symptoms of shoulder muscle contracture are easy to occur after a longer course of disease; (3) X-rays generally do not find obvious abnormalities, and shoulder arthrography usually indicates the presence of shoulder capsular contracture, the disappearance of the lower fold and other imaging changes; (4) Age between 35 and 65 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Shoulder ligament rupture, rotator cuff injury, fracture, dislocation and other serious injuries caused by upper limb pain and mobility disorders; (3) Patients with a history of stroke and residual sequelae; (4) Unable to comply with the informed consent requirements; (5) pregnant patients; (6) Abnormal mental state.
