Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? After more than 1 year of stroke onset, spastic or mixed hemiplegia with spasticity as the main symptom; ?After more than 6 months of rehabilitation in a regular rehabilitation hospital, there is no progress in the recovery of limb motor function; ?For incomplete limb paralysis, the proximal voluntary movement of the limb is still good, and the proximal muscle strength is above grade III; ?For complete limb paralysis, the spasticity is severe, and the modified Ashworth scale grades the muscle tone, with the affected muscle tone above grade 3, affecting life and rehabilitation training; ?The voluntary movement of other parts of the body is still good;the spastic state of the affected limb is stable. ?The intelligence is basically normal, and can cooperate with post-operative functional rehabilitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery; ?Patients with severe burns and skin contractures; ?Dementia and mental disorders; ?Low gastrointestinal motility; ?Severe malnutrition; ?Local skin infection of the limbs; ?Single or multiple organ acute and chronic failure; ?Patients with consciousness disorders and coma; ?Patients with cognitive disorders who cannot cooperate with postoperative rehabilitation training.
