Interventions

Experimental group:The intelligent thermal insulation closed-loop control system is installed on the operating bed in advance. After the patient is transferred to the operating table, the closed-loop
Controlled group:The inflatable thermal insulation blanket (upper or lower type) is laid on the operating bed according to the surgical site, connected with its host machine, and standby
When the core body temperature of the subject dropped below 36?, the active temperature rising instrument was activated

Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =65 years old; 2) Chest, abdominal or orthopaedic surgery under general anesthesia, estimated duration of surgery over 2 hours; 3) The patient was placed in supine position during the operation; 4) One of the following conditions existed before enrollment: i. Dysfunction of at least one organ ii. ASA Grade III and above iii. Patients with difficult airway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients ave a history of severe skin allergies, especially allergic to silicone or medical plastics; 2) Patients who are expected to return to the intensive care unit after surgery; 3) Changes in metabolic status (such as thyroid or adrenal disease); 4) Patients with preoperative febrile disease (core body temperature =37.5?) or malignant hyperthermia history
