Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Cephalic parturients who met the diagnostic criteria of labor in our hospital. 2) Age: 20-35 years old. 3) Gestational age: 37-42 weeks. 4) those with the indication of vaginal trial labor. 5) no history of reproductive tract malformation or uterine disease (such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, etc.). 6) There were no medical or surgical complications during the whole pregnancy. 7) those who had not received auricular point therapy, five-element music therapy and sedative and analgesic drugs before delivery. 8) no history of depression or depression during pregnancy (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Self-Rating Scale score =10). 9) Subjects must voluntarily accept the study with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria. 2) position is not normal, such as breech, presentation and persistent occipital transverse surface, after persistent pillow, etc. 3) multiple pregnancies. 4) patients with pregnancy complications, such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. 5) with fetal distress. 6) those with risk factors of prenatal hemorrhage such as placenta previa or placental abruption. 7) mental illness and depression.
