Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Periarticular fracture of elbow treated by operation in our hospital; 2. Age =18 years old, male or female; 3. Able to read and write simplified Chinese, understand and complete questionnaires, and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with central nervous system, spinal cord injury or burn; 2. Open fracture or destructive injury; 3. Abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 4. Abnormal function of coagulation system and (or) fibrinolytic system before operation; 5. History of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, and new chamber fibrillation; 6. There are allergies or contraindications to using TXA.
