Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Benign prostatic hyperplasia: (1) Age = 18 years,(2)ASA 1-3,(3)typical clinical manifestations and signs of bladder outlet obstruction; (4) Previous urinary retention or inability to urinate after catheter removal, (5) Recurrent urinary tract infections or hematuria,(6)IPSS score =8, (7) Maximum urine flow rate = 10ml/s, (8) ineffective or refused drug treatment, (9) Secondary hydronephrosis with or without mild renal dysfunction. Bladder tumor: (1) Age = 18 years,(2)ASA 1-3, (3) Previous history of hematuria, (4) The pathological staging is Ta and T1 of bladder tumors, (5) The patient agrees to undergo transurethral resection surgery for bladder tumors. Pelviureteric stones: (1) Age = 18 years,(2)ASA 1-3, (3) Patients who have indications for percutaneous nephrolithotomy, (4) Patients with normal contralateral renal function,(5) The patient agrees to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Benign prostatic hyperplasia: (1) Coexisting with neurogenic bladder, bladder neck contracture, stones, or tumors; (2) patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, and not to tolerate surgery or anesthesia. (3) Severe urinary tract infection, (4) Patients with mental disorders, lower limb deformities, and functional impairments are unable to maintain the lithotomy position during surgery; (5) Patients refuse to undergo surgical treatment or participate in this study. Bladder tumor: (1) patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, and not to tolerate surgery or anesthesia. (2) The bladder mass is characterized by inflammatory edema and inverted papilloma. (3)Tumor invading the bladder muscle layer or in situ cancer,(4)Urinary tract stenosis, (5) Coexistence with other malignant tumors. Pelviureteric stones: (1) Patients with bilateral chronic severe renal dysfunction before surgery, (2)Patients who underwent other surgeries during the same period, such as ureteral hard and soft endoscopic lithotripsy or primary renal puncture fistula and secondary PCNL surgery,(3)Patients with coexisting tumors, urinary system tuberculosis, immune system diseases, or hyperthyroidism, (4) Congenital malformations such as polycystic kidney disease and horseshoe kidney, (5) Patients without preoperative CT examination, (6) Patients with severe urinary tract infections, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and coagulation dysfunction.
