Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?CD patients hospitalized in the Gastroenterology Department of Wuhan Tongji Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023, all patients comply with the "Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease" formulated by the Gastroenterology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (Beijing Conference) in 2018 Opinion>Diagnostic Criteria for CD. ?Follow-up time exceeds 12 months. ?Complete UST induction treatment and maintain treatment for 12 months. ?Complete clinical information and follow-up data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with lack of baseline data. ?Does not meet the diagnostic criteria of the consensus opinion on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease CD developed by the Digestive Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (Beijing Conference) in 2018. ?Routine infection-related examinations to rule out infectious enteritis such as intestinal tuberculosis. ?Patients who were lost to follow-up or whose data are incomplete.
