Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, patients aged over 65 years old who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the center ward of gynecology and hysteroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into laparoscopic surgery combined with ERAS protocol group and laparoscopic surgery alone group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating at Lv. IV (2) Body mass index: BMI=30kg/m2 (3) There are contraindications to regional or general anesthesia
