Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years; Recipients of lung transplantation; Able to understand the purpose and potential risks of the study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Rapidly changing brain diseases (such as extensive stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, status epilepticus), traumatic brain injury, cognitive impairment, increased intracranial pressure. ? Requires bed rest/both lower limbs cannot bear weight, fractures, disabilities. ? Presence of spinal cord injury or other neuromuscular diseases (resulting in permanent or long-term muscle weakness), previous history of abnormal muscle strength (muscle strength less than grade 5 in any limb). ? History of cardiac arrest. ? Non-first lung transplantation, or other transplants (including hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) in the past. ? The subject has participated in another conflicting clinical study. ? Pregnancy status.
