20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Thoracoscopic pneumonectomy to be performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With eye diseases, eye surgery; 2. Neuromuscular dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, thyroid dysfunction; 3. Pupillary deformity, use of drugs affecting pupil size, use of alpha or beta blockers; 4. Scheduled surgery duration > 120 minutes; 5. Scheduled to undergo neurosurgery.
