6 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria of the control group : ( 1 ) no obvious degeneration of the intervertebral disc was confirmed by MRI before operation ; ( 2 ) The time from injury to operation was less than 72 h ; ( 3 ) No history of hormone use before injury ; ( 4 ) No history of chronic low back pain. 2.Inclusion criteria for the degeneration group : ( 1 ) Patients with typical IDD symptoms and signs, and confirmed by MRI ; ( 2 ) no history of lumbar hormone injection ; ( 3 ) No history of lumbar surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the control group and the degeneration group : ( 1 ) patients with spinal infectious diseases, such as intervertebral space infection, spinal tuberculosis, etc. ; ( 2 ) Complicated with spinal tumor ; ( 3 ) There is rheumatoid arthritis.
