50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged = 50 years old; 2. A minimum of three years should be anticipated for a stay at Nursing Home; 3. Be able to provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute respiratory infection during the last three months; 2. Life expectancy is less than half a year; 3. Those who had examination contraindications or could not cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
