Interventions

Control group:Bone meal (Bio-Oss) was filled into the extracted cavity, and Geistlich Bio-Gide was used to close the wound.
Experimental group:sticky bone was inserted into the cavity and the wound was closed with a concentrated growth factor (CGF) membrane

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age; (2) In patients with severe periodontitis or periapical periodontitis requiring tooth extraction, the tooth has at least one bone wall defect; (3) No surgical contraindications such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, mental disease, hyperthyroidism, bleeding disease, and autoimmune disease; Currently does not have diabetes, hypertension, or diabetes, hypertension has been effectively controlled by drugs; (4) Patients and their families are informed, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign informed consent. (5) If a woman is not pregnant, breastfeeding, and has no pregnancy plan within six months; (6) Not participating in other clinical trials within six months; (7) Materials of pig and cattle origin can be accepted;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) contraindications for tooth extraction; (2) There are systemic diseases; (3) The bone wall around the affected tooth that needs to be removed is intact; (4) Situations that are likely to cause loss of follow-up, such as changes in the working environment of the subjects; (5) The written consent of the patient or client cannot be obtained.
