Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection criteria (1) Age range from 18 to 50 years old; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of ICD-11, patients with chronic insomnia were included, and all patients had insomnia lasting for more than 3 months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria (1) Shift work, pregnancy. (2) Sleep disorders secondary to serious physical illnesses (such as liver and kidney diseases, heart diseases), schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses.
